Circular Quay Wharf 2 Maintenance

From Monday 13 October to Sunday 9 November 2025, Manly Fast Ferry services will depart from Circular Quay Wharf 6 while Transport for NSW undertakes essential maintenance at Wharf 2.

From Monday 10 to Sunday 16 November, Wharf 2 Side B will remain closed for further maintenance but this will only affect Sydney Ferries services and all Manly Fast Ferry services will depart from Wharf 2 as normal during this period. Please check indicator screens at Circular Quay and listen for on-the-day announcements for the latest boarding information.

What this means for your journey

  • Temporary relocation: All Manly Fast Ferry services will operate from Circular Quay Wharf 6 from 13 October to 9 November. From there on, our service will operate as normal.

  • Reduced timetable: To ensure safe operations from the temporary wharf, some services will run on a reduced schedule. Please check updated departure times before travelling.

  • Plan ahead: Use transportnsw.info to confirm the latest service information and connection options.

  • Need help? Our friendly crew will be on site to assist with boarding, directions, and travel questions.

Why the change is happening

This temporary relocation is to allow Transport for NSW to complete critical wharf maintenance, ensuring the long-term safety and reliability of services at Circular Quay. We appreciate your patience while these works are carried out.
