As a responsible operator, My Fast Ferry has taken a number of additional measures to keep our ferry services as safe as possible for our guests.

Wear a Face Mask

We strongly encourage all passengers to wear a face mask onboard our vessels.

Physical Distancing

You’ll see distinctive green dots onboard our vessels and wharves. They are there to show you the safest places to sit and stand.

Limited Numbers

Maximum passengers numbers onboard our vessels have been reduced to allow for physical distancing.

Drink at Your Seat

Please return to your seat, after you purchased a drink at the onboard bar.

Please maintain 1.5m distance from the bar.

Cashless Bar

My Fast Ferry services operate a cashless bar onboard each vessel.

Payments can be made contact-less with EFTPOS and Credit Cards.

No Paper Tickets

My Fast Ferry will no longer be selling return tickets between Manly and Circular Quay.

Customers may purchase single tickets via Smartcard, Opalpay or credit card.

Additional Cleaning

All high-touch surfaces will be disinfected before and after each service.

Additionally regular deep cleans are carried out at our wharves and on all vessels via professional service providers.

Temperature Checks

Temperatures of passengers may be checked before boarding our ferry services.
