MyFastFerry reassures you that we continue to monitor and respond to appropriate government and medical advice including maintaining clear social distancing and cleaning measures to keep you safe. We have introduced cashless and contactless ticketing, as well as regular deep cleans at our wharves and on all vessels via professional service providers.
MyFastFerry team members have been supplied with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPEs) and training to assist and support you throughout your journey with us.

The health and safety our customers and team members are our highest priority. We are continuously monitoring the evolving Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and following guidance from the federal and state government, NSW Health and the World Health Organisation.
Our team members are being continuously briefed with the latest available information and on maintaining our hygiene standards. We have also taken additional steps in the disinfection and cleaning of all boats. As an additional precaution we will be displaying NSW Health “protect yourself from viruses” posters at all sales points and on all vessels in visible locations.
