We remind all customers to protect yourself from viruses:

·       Clean your hands with soap and water, or hand sanitise

·       Cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze

·       Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms

·       Stay home if you are sick

MyFastFerry reassures you that we continue to monitor and respond to appropriate government and medical advice including maintaining clear social distancing and cleaning measures to keep you safe. We have introduced cashless and contactless ticketing, as well as regular deep cleans at our wharves and on all vessels via professional service providers.

MyFastFerry team members have been supplied with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPEs) and training to assist and support you throughout your journey with us.

We thank you for your ongoing support and will continue to provide regular updates relating to our service delivery.

Updated 1st April:

As a temporary precaution to limit the potential spread of COVID-19, My Fast Ferry will no longer be selling return tickets between Manly and Circular Quay. Customers may purchase single tickets via Smartcard, Opalpay or credit card.
As a temporary precaution to limit the potential spread of COVID-19, My Fast Ferry will not be serving food and beverages on-board from Friday 03 April 2020.

Published 25th March:

In line with direction to cease non-essential services to reduce the spread of COVID-19, all Manly Darling Harbour services are now suspended. Our essential service of Manly to Circular Quay is still operating to timetable. Furthermore all non-essential tourism services including Hop On Hop Off, 1 Hour City Sights and 2 Hour Manly Loop are now suspended. Please note we have introduced additional cleaning measures to ensure your safety on this essential service.

The health and safety our customers and team members are our highest priority. We are continuously monitoring the evolving Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and following guidance from the federal and state government, NSW Health and the World Health Organisation.

Our team members are being continuously briefed with the latest available information and on maintaining our hygiene standards. We have also taken additional steps in the disinfection and cleaning of all boats. As an additional precaution we will be displaying NSW Health “protect yourself from viruses” posters at all sales points and on all vessels in visible locations.
